The TAMPA from 4PROTECT is a high-visibility weatherproof jacket built for anyone working outdoors in poor visibility and changeable weather. It combines signal colour with functional design, making it a reliable choice on construction sites, roadworks and in logistics operations without restricting freedom of movement.
The outer fabric is made of 100% polyester with a polyurethane laminate, while the lining is also 100% polyester. This combination makes the jacket durable and weather-resistant without feeling heavy or stiff to wear. The laminated, segmented reflective strips are bonded securely to the fabric and stay in place even under heavy daily use, giving the jacket a long working life.
When it comes to protection, the TAMPA covers several requirements at once. It meets the general requirements for protective clothing under EN ISO 13688:2013. Its high-visibility protection under EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 reaches class 3 – the highest visibility class – in sizes S to 6XL, while size XS is rated class 2. On top of that, the jacket is certified to EN 343:2019 for protection against rain and wind, with a windproof and waterproof construction that keeps the wearer dry in poor weather. Functional details such as the double-covered front zip add further protection against the elements.
This makes the TAMPA suitable for all fields where visibility and weather protection matter equally: construction and road construction, public authorities and organisations, waste management, vehicle and aircraft manufacturing, forestry, garden and agricultural work, skilled trades, as well as transport technology, logistics and warehousing.
