The teXXor® polyester knitted glove with polyurethane coating is a versatile work glove for anyone who needs precise handling without giving up freedom of movement. It suits everyday tasks in workshops and warehouses where tools and components need to be handled securely, without the hand tiring inside a stiff glove.
The base material is a fine polyester knit at around 13 gauge that hugs the hand closely, giving it a comfortable, second-skin feel. The knitted cuff keeps the glove securely in place at the wrist, while the fabric itself stays breathable, so hands stay cooler even during longer wear. The palm is coated with roughly 1.00 mm of polyurethane, which provides good abrasion resistance while remaining flexible enough to preserve natural finger movement.
In terms of protection, the glove meets the general requirements of EN ISO 21420:2020 for protective gloves and EN 388:2016+A1:2018 for mechanical risks such as abrasion, cuts, tearing and puncture. Classified as PPE Category II, it offers solid baseline protection for tasks involving everyday mechanical stress on the hands, without requiring specialised protection.
This makes it well suited to general assembly work in mechanical engineering, locksmith shops and workshops, as well as maintenance and repair tasks. It also performs well in warehousing, logistics and transport, where frequent gripping, sorting and loading are part of the daily routine.
