The teXXor® PU cut-resistant knitted glove CUT D - Basic is built for anyone working in environments with a real risk of cuts who still needs precise handling. Its ergonomic, close-fitting design makes it comfortable to wear throughout a shift, and the fine knit gauge preserves fingertip sensitivity for detailed or delicate tasks. The yellow cuff stands out against the grey-mottled knit, making the glove easy to spot and identify on site.
The base fabric, made from polyethylene, glass fibre, polyester and spandex, forms the foundation of the glove's cut resistance, while the polyurethane (PU) coating provides secure grip without limiting dexterity. Together these materials make the glove durable enough for daily workshop use while staying breathable, so hands stay comfortable even during extended wear.
As category II PPE, the glove meets EN ISO 21420:2020, the general standard for protective gloves, and EN 388:2016+A1:2018, which covers mechanical protection against cuts, abrasion, tearing and puncture. In practical terms, that means reliable protection when handling sharp-edged or cutting materials, without the bulk of a heavier glove.
This makes the CUT D - Basic well suited to general work with high cut-protection demands, including trades, mechanical engineering, locksmiths and workshops, metal and glass processing, as well as waste disposal, recycling, packaging and sorting operations.
