The teXXor® BLACK CUT® D cut-resistant knit glove is designed for anyone who needs reliable cut protection without sacrificing dexterity or feel. Its ergonomic fit and fine gauge knit give it a comfortable, close fit that still allows precise finger movement, including operating a touchscreen without removing the glove.
The blend of polyester, High Performance Polyethylene (HPPE), steel and spandex in the liner combines high strength with stretch, so the glove moves with the hand rather than restricting it. The nitrile coating adds grip and resistance to oils, making the glove practical for tasks carried out in wet or oily conditions. Certification to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100 further confirms that the materials have been tested for harmful substances.
On protection, the glove meets EN ISO 21420:2020+A1:2024, the baseline standard for protective gloves, and EN 388:2016+A1:2018, which covers mechanical risks such as cutting, abrasion and puncture. It is also tested to EN 407:2020, which addresses thermal risks. This places it in PSA Category II, suitable for tasks involving elevated risk levels.
The BLACK CUT® D is used wherever cut protection requirements are high: in skilled trades, mechanical engineering, locksmith and workshop environments, metal and glass processing, waste management and recycling, and packaging operations.
