teXXor Fine Dust Mask FFP3/V >>NR

The teXXor® FFP3/V >>NR<< D dust mask is a disposable particle-filtering respirator designed for any work environment where fine dust, particles or unpleasant odours affect air quality. The exhalation valve reduces breathing resistance, making the mask more comfortable to wear over extended periods compared with valve-free models. Adjustable straps allow the fit to be tailored to different head shapes.

The outer layer is made of polypropylene, giving the mask a stable, robust shell, while the inner polyester layer sits comfortably against the skin. The PU foam sealing lip conforms to the contours of the face for a better fit, and the woven, elastic straps are latex-free according to the manufacturer, making the mask suitable for people with latex sensitivity as well. Being a single-use product (NR = non-reusable), it requires no maintenance and is simply disposed of after use.

As an FFP3 mask certified to EN 149:2001+A1:2009, it protects against particle concentrations up to 30 times the occupational exposure limit (OEL), placing it at the highest protection level among particle-filtering masks. It filters out harmful particles as well as pungent and unpleasant odours, and falls under PPE category III, reserved for equipment protecting against serious hazards.

This makes the mask suitable for use by public authorities and organisations, in the printing industry, horticulture, catering, construction and road building, the electrical industry, and waste management. It is supplied in a practical pack of 20 boxes of 5, making it a solid choice for regular operational use as well.
