The teXXor® FFP1 NR dust mask is a filtering half mask designed for anyone regularly exposed to dust or particles on the job. It comes without an exhalation valve and features a nose clip that can be shaped to the individual face for a secure, comfortable fit. As a disposable product (NR = non reusable), it is meant to be worn once and replaced, making it easy to integrate into daily work routines.
The outer layer is made of 200 g/m² polyester, giving the mask a stable shape that holds up throughout the day, while the inner layer of 35 g/m² polypropylene provides the filtering performance and sits comfortably against the skin. The straps are made of latex-free rubber, which matters for anyone with a latex sensitivity and adds to comfort during extended wear.
Certified to EN 149:2001+A1:2009, the mask offers FFP1 protection, filtering up to four times the occupational exposure limit (AGW). The additional D marking confirms that it has passed the dolomite dust test, meaning it holds up reliably even under more demanding dust conditions. As PPE Category III, it meets the highest requirements set for personal protective equipment.
