The teXXor® FFP2 NR D dust mask is a particle-filtering half mask designed for anyone who needs reliable protection from airborne dust and particles at work. The nose clip ensures a secure fit and good seal, and the mask has no exhalation valve. It is a single-use product (NR = non reusable) and should be discarded after one shift.
The outer layer is made from 200 g/m² polyester, paired with an inner layer of 35 g/m² polypropylene. This combination keeps the mask stable in shape and comfortable to wear, without feeling heavy or stiff. The straps are made of rubber and, according to the manufacturer, latex-free, making the mask suitable for wearers with a latex sensitivity too.
As an FFP2 mask, it protects against harmful particles up to 10 times the occupational exposure limit (OEL). The "D" marking means the mask has passed the dolomite dust clogging test, allowing it to be used for extended periods even under more demanding dust conditions. It is tested to EN 149:2001+A1:2009 and falls under PPE Category III, which applies to equipment protecting against risks of death or irreversible harm to health.
The mask is used wherever workers are exposed to dust, particles, or unpleasant odours, including construction, road building, horticulture, waste management, printing, the electrical industry, catering, and public authorities. Supplied in a pack of 12 boxes of 20, totalling 240 masks, it is a practical choice for regular operational use.
