teXXor Fine Dust Mask FFP3/V >>NR

The teXXor® FFP3/V NR D dust mask is a disposable particle-filtering mask designed for anyone regularly exposed to high levels of dust and airborne particles at work. Its nose clip, sealing lip and adjustable straps allow it to be fitted closely to the face, keeping it in place and properly sealed throughout the working day.

The outer layer is made of polyethylene, backed by an inner layer of polypropylene, giving the mask a construction that is both sturdy and lightweight. The built-in exhalation valve noticeably reduces breathing resistance, making the mask more comfortable to wear over longer periods than valve-free versions. The straps are made from latex-free textile material, which also makes the mask suitable for wearers with a related sensitivity. As a single-use mask (NR – non reusable), there is no cleaning or maintenance required.

Rated FFP3, it offers the highest protection class among filtering half masks, guarding against hazardous particles and fine dust up to 30 times the occupational exposure limit (OEL), and depending on the exposure, also against irritating or unpleasant odours. It is tested to EN 149:2001+A1:2009 and classified under PPE Category III, which applies to equipment protecting against risks of death or irreversible harm to health.

This makes the mask well suited to environments with elevated dust and particle exposure, such as construction and road building, the chemical industry, waste management, fire services, and forestry, landscaping and gardening work. Supplied in a pack of 12 boxes, it is also a practical choice for regular operational use.
