The ULTRASONIC S547 tunnel jacket is built for anyone working outdoors in cold, wet conditions who needs more than just a padded jacket. Carbon fibre heating panels are built into the garment and controlled via a chest-mounted button with three heat settings, powered by an included battery pack that delivers three to ten hours of warmth depending on the setting and recharges easily via the supplied micro USB cable. The pack holds 10,000 mAh, and a charging LED shows the current charge level.
The Insulatex™ Pro lining does the everyday work of keeping you warm without adding bulk or weight, so the jacket stays comfortable to move in over a full shift. Heat-sealed baffle fabric with taped seams boosts water and wind resistance, and the outer surface is finished so water beads off rather than soaking in. Elastic cuffs, an adjustable hem cord and a chin guard with an integrated storm flap keep the warmth in and the weather out.
On the practical side, the S547 comes with three zipped pockets for tools, phone and small items, plus grippy zip pullers that are easy to use even with gloves on, and a front zip for quick access when you need it. That combination makes it a strong fit for outdoor work in low temperatures, from construction sites to cold storage areas and winter fieldwork, wherever active heating makes a real difference to the working day.
