The Hi-Vis Heated Ultrasonic Tunnel Jacket combines high-visibility protection with active warmth, built for anyone working outdoors in cold and wet conditions. Carbon-fibre heating panels are embedded into the jacket and controlled via a chest-mounted button with three heat settings, letting the wearer adjust warmth to match the weather or workload. The battery pack is durable and easy to charge using the included micro USB cable. The pack holds 10,000 mAh, and a charging LED shows the current charge level.
The durable, breathable outer fabric is windproof and, thanks to the PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco finish, highly water-repellent, so rain beads off the surface instead of soaking in. Welded seams add further resistance to wind and water, while the soft Insulatex™ lining traps heat quickly to keep the wearer warm and shielded from the elements. In practice, that means a jacket that stays dry longer in poor weather without sacrificing comfort. Elastic cuffs, an adjustable hem cord and a chin guard with storm flap keep the fit secure and draught-free, while the detachable hood and four pockets add everyday versatility.
As a piece of hi-vis workwear, the jacket is certified to EN ISO 20471, retaining its rating even after 25 washes, which means the visibility performance holds up over time. The fabric also carries a 40+ UPF rating, blocking 98% of UV rays, and the heat-resistant, flame-retardant reflective tape stays effective under demanding conditions. CE certified and UKCA marked, the jacket also meets RIS 3279-TOM for rail industry use in the orange colourway. That makes it well suited to trackside and rail workers, road construction crews, logistics staff, and anyone needing reliable visibility and warmth through long shifts in cold, wet weather.
