The Silex safety spectacles are a lightweight eye protection solution for anyone who needs reliable protection against flying particles without the discomfort of heavy eyewear during a full shift. Weighing only around 30 grams, they are well suited for continuous wear at workbenches, on machinery, or on construction sites.
The clear polycarbonate lens features the PLATINUM LITE coating, combining scratch resistance with anti-fog performance – a real benefit when moving between cooler and warmer areas or during physical exertion, when sweat and breath can otherwise cause the lens to mist up. The metal-free frame, made from PC/TPR in black and green, comes with flexible temples that allow for a comfortable, secure fit without pressure points.
Certified to EN 166, the glasses protect against high-speed particles, indicated by the FT marking. This protection remains effective even at extreme temperatures between -5°C and +55°C, meaning the safety performance holds up whether working outdoors in winter or in heated indoor environments in summer.
