The Rockman C6 is an industrial safety helmet built for daily use on construction sites, in industrial settings and in trades work, wherever the head needs protection from falling or flying objects. Its HDPE shell combined with a 6-point suspension provides a stable base that adjusts across a head circumference of 53 to 62 cm, fitting most head sizes. Available in six colours, from yellow to green to blue, it also works well for colour-coding teams or trades on site.
The HDPE shell delivers a robust yet lightweight feel at around 290 grams, staying comfortable to wear through a full working day. The textile shock-absorbing straps and the fleece sweatband on the headband noticeably improve wearing comfort, while the pinlock closure on the neck strap allows fine, tool-free adjustment. Ventilation openings at the top of the shell keep air moving, the extended neck guard and drainage channel direct rainwater away from the wearer, and the side pockets can hold accessories such as ear defenders when needed. The helmet is also cold-resistant down to -30°C, making it suitable for winter work or cold storage environments.
Certified to EN 397, the base standard for industrial safety helmets, the Rockman C6 protects against impact and penetration injuries to the head, risks commonly encountered when handling tools, materials or working on construction sites. A mounting point for a chin strap allows additional securing of the helmet during work involving greater movement, such as on scaffolding or at height.
The helmet suits construction workers, industrial tradespeople, warehouse and logistics staff, and anyone regularly working in areas with a risk of head injury. Accessories include a replacement sweatband, a chin strap available separately, and a matching ear-defender attachment, allowing the setup to be extended to suit the application.
