The Spherpi Sphere face shield is a standalone visor designed to be worn without a safety helmet, making it a practical choice for anyone exposed to hot or splashing hazards as well as electric arc flash risks on the job. The carrier frame sits directly on the head and holds the large visor securely in front of the face and eyes, without requiring an additional helmet.
The visor itself is made of clear polycarbonate measuring roughly 20.5 x 39.4 cm, giving wearers a wide, undistorted field of view throughout the workday. The carrier body is made of black polypropylene, sturdy yet light at around 355 grams, which makes it comfortable to wear over longer periods. Its slim design allows for quick putting on and taking off, a real advantage when switching frequently between tasks.
Certified to EN 166, the shield delivers several distinct protective functions: the AT marking indicates protection against high-speed particles, including under extreme temperatures ranging from -5 to +55 degrees Celsius.
