The Portwest Compositelite Argen is an S3-rated safety shoe for anyone who needs solid protection on the job without giving up a modern, lightweight feel. Instead of the usual heavy leather look, this model features a knitted upper with a sporty style and subtle high-frequency print pattern, making it a shoe that fits right in on site while still looking good off the clock.
The breathable knit upper keeps feet cool during long shifts and is water-resistant, so moisture from outside stays out. Inside, a gel-cushioned footbed softens impact with every step, reducing foot fatigue even after hours on your feet. A pull tab at the heel makes the shoe quick and easy to put on and take off, a small detail that makes a real difference during a busy workday.
On the safety side, the Argen is built entirely metal-free: the toe cap and the penetration-resistant midsole are made from composite materials rather than steel, keeping the shoe lightweight while also making it non-magnetic and free of nickel and iron.
