This maternity workwear from Blåkläder is designed specifically for tradeswomen in the painting trade who want to keep working comfortably throughout pregnancy. Thanks to the zip-off function above the knees, the trousers convert from long to short as needed, giving you two garments in one. The high waistband with elastic at the back and top adjusts to a growing bump while keeping the fit comfortable and unrestrictive.
The fabric is a blend of 94% polyester and 6% elastane with 4-way stretch, weighing 320 g/m². In practice this means freedom of movement in every direction, whether bending or kneeling, without the fabric pulling or scratching against the skin – the scratch-free finish is a feature the manufacturer specifically highlights. The knee pad pockets are reinforced with Cordura® stretch fabric, adding durability exactly where the trousers see the most wear, without sacrificing flexibility.
