This pair of work trousers from Blaklader is cut specifically for women in the trades and delivers everything a hard-wearing work trouser needs to get through the working day. Whether on a construction site, in installation work or as a mechanic in the workshop, the regular fit sits comfortably without limiting freedom of movement, and the numerous pockets are arranged so that tools and accessories stay genuinely within reach.
The outer fabric is 100% cotton twill weighing 370 g/m², a material that feels sturdy and holds up well even under frequent wear. Blaklader has added CORDURA reinforcement at the knee and rear pockets, exactly where the trousers face the most strain during kneeling or contact with rough surfaces. Details such as the metal zip fly, metal buttons and a loop with D-ring point to solid construction throughout.
The trousers come with a ruler pocket with a knife holder, a pen pocket, bellows leg pockets with a flap, an extra pocket for phone and ID, and bellows front pockets that can hold tool pouches with screwdriver compartments. The external kneepad pockets are designed for kneepads and are certified under EN 14404-3 together with Blaklader kneepads 4027, 4032, 4057 and 4058, meaning extra protection for the knees during kneeling work.
