The PW3 Modaflame Work HVO FR trousers are built for anyone who needs flame-resistant protection on the job without giving up freedom of movement. With eight pockets, including kneepad pockets, a rule pocket and an easy-to-reach multiway thigh pocket, they are designed for tradespeople and technicians who need tools, phone and keys close at hand.
Made from Inherent Modaflame fabric, the flame-resistant property is built into the fibre itself and does not diminish with regular wear. Reinforced FR fabric at the main wear points, combined with triple stitching throughout, gives the trousers noticeably longer working life. Stretch panels in key movement zones and an elasticated side waistband keep them comfortable over long shifts, while the extendable leg length allows for a better fit.
The trousers are CE certified to CE-CAT III and suitable for wear in ATEX environments, with a fabric that is also non-magnetic and free of nickel and iron. The UPF 40+ rated fabric blocks 98% of UV rays, adding extra protection for outdoor work. Reflective piping and a heat-resistant, flame-retardant reflective tape improve visibility in low light without compromising protection.
This makes the trousers well suited to work environments with a flame risk, such as oil and gas, electrical work or maintenance in potentially explosive atmospheres, where reliable protection and practical storage both matter.
