These PU foam ear plugs are built for workplaces where hearing protection needs to be handed out to many people on a regular basis, for instance from a dispenser box at a factory entrance or workshop. Supplied in packs of 200 pairs, with each pair sealed in its own hygiene poly bag, they are just as easy to distribute by hand as through a vending machine.
The soft PU foam moulds itself to the shape of the ear canal, giving a comfortable fit even during long shifts. Their tapered shape makes both insertion and removal straightforward, which is particularly helpful for anyone who doesn't use hearing protection every day. Being disposable, there's no cleaning involved: once used, a fresh pair is simply taken from its bag.
CE certification to CE-CAT III confirms that these plugs are personal protective equipment designed for serious risks, of the kind found on noisy production floors, construction sites or in metalworking.
