The Easy Fit PU foam ear plugs with cord are designed for daily use in noisy work environments, wherever hearing protection needs to be on hand in large quantities. Supplied 200 pairs to a dispenser box, they are a practical choice for businesses equipping staff on a regular basis, for vending machines, or for retail display.
The plugs are made from soft PU foam that is shaped simply by pushing and twisting, without the rolling between the fingers that other foam plugs require. That makes them quicker to fit and more hygienic, since the foam itself barely needs to be touched. The ergonomically shaped soft PVC stem makes inserting and removing the plugs easier, while the PVC cord lets workers keep them around the neck between uses instead of losing or discarding them.
With an SNR rating of 36 dB, the plugs provide noticeable reduction of ambient noise and are certified to CE category III, the class used for hazards that can cause irreversible harm. Each pair is individually wrapped in a resealable pouch, keeping distribution on site clean and easy to track.
