This refill pack contains 500 pairs of disposable ear plugs made from soft PU foam and is designed to match the EP20 dispenser. It suits workplaces where hearing protection is provided centrally and needs regular replenishment, such as workshops, production halls or construction sites with multiple workers.
The soft PU foam moulds to the shape of the ear canal as it is inserted, sealing it reliably against noise. The plugs are easy to fit, which makes a real difference where they are changed often or used for short periods. Being a disposable product, there is no cleaning involved: once used, they are simply discarded and replaced with a fresh pair from the dispenser.
The ear plugs are CE certified and classified as CE-CAT III, the highest category of personal protective equipment, covering risks of irreversible harm.
