The PLANAM Freezing Facility Overall is a one-piece coverall built for anyone working regularly in cold storage or freezer environments who needs reliable protection from head to toe. Finished in navy with a blue lining, it combines practical features such as a chest pocket, two side patch pockets with flaps, a sleeve pocket with a zip compartment, and patch knee cushion pockets with a cut designed for comfortable movement in cold conditions.
The outer shell is made from 100% nylon, giving the garment a tough, hard-wearing surface. Underneath, a layer of polyester wadding combined with two layers of 3M™ Thinsulate™ Insulation, totalling around 320 g/m², create a warming layer of trapped air that feels noticeably lighter than you'd expect from such a warm coverall. The covered front zip and the side zip with flap make it easy to put on and take off, even with gloves, and allow for comfortable access.
With a thermal insulation rating of 0.479 (B) and Class 3 air permeability, this overall is built for extended periods in the cold: the higher the insulation value, the longer the protective effect lasts as temperatures drop. A reflective stripe around the waist adds visibility in dim or poorly lit storage and cold room areas.
The overall is suited to work in manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, as well as specifically in cold storage and freezing facilities and the food sector, where consistently low temperatures shape the working day. Available in sizes S to XXXL, it can be matched to different builds and working styles.
