The PLANAM Gletscher pilot overalls from the Outdoor collection are a one-piece coverall for anyone working outside in cold conditions who wants reliable protection from head to toe. As a single garment, the overalls combine top and bottom in one piece, keeping out draughts at the waist even when moving between standing, bending and climbing. Available in navy from size S to XXXL.
The outer fabric, made of 60% cotton and 40% polyester, combines the toughness of cotton with the shape retention of polyester, while the lining and padding are both 100% polyester. This combination creates a warm yet not bulky insulating layer that stays comfortable to wear even during longer outdoor shifts. The fake fur collar seals off the neck area, keeping cold air from getting in.
The features are practical throughout: the front zip closure with flap and two-way zip can be opened from top or bottom, allowing freedom of movement when sitting or bending over. Side zips on the lower legs and another zip with flap at the entry point make it easy to put on and take off quickly, even over safety boots. Two zipped chest pockets, two pouch pockets and a ruler pocket provide plenty of storage for tools and personal items.
Thanks to its rugged construction and warm padding, these overalls are suited to work in construction, manufacturing, warehousing and logistics, installation and building services, municipal road works, landscaping and garden work, as well as woodworking, vehicle technology and cold storage or freezer environments – anywhere cold and changeable weather shape the working day.
