The Treemme Eibe forestry lace-up boot is built for anyone working in the woods or handling a chainsaw on a regular basis and who needs dependable protection through long working days. With a shaft height of around 25 cm and a secure lacing system using speed-lace eyelets and hooks, the boot sits firmly on the leg while still allowing quick putting on and taking off.
The shaft is made from hydrophobic full-grain leather that repels moisture, keeping feet dry even in wet undergrowth or rain. The padded collar and padded gusset are crafted from calf full-grain leather, giving a comfortable fit around the ankle and preventing pressure points. Inside, the split-leather lining provides a sturdy, breathable feel, while the leather insole adds extra comfort during long hours of standing and walking. The rubber outsole is abrasion-resistant, slip-resistant and oil-resistant, with an IDEAL double stitch that makes it particularly tough under forestry conditions.
The boot meets EN ISO 20345 S3, providing protection through a corrosion-free steel toe cap against impact and compression, a steel midsole against penetration, plus an antistatic design supported by the antistatic rubber midsole. It is additionally certified to EN ISO 17249, the specific standard for chainsaw cut protection: the cut-resistant padding guards against chainsaw contact, and Class 2 protection confirms a tested chain speed of 24 m/s. Further properties such as water-resistant uppers, heat-resistant soling and slip resistance on various surfaces round out the protection. The KWF certification confirms suitability for professional forestry use.
