This multinorm sweatshirt is designed for anyone facing more than one hazard on the job: electricians, road and construction workers, and service staff who need visibility as well as protection against heat, flames and static build-up. Combining hi-vis compliance with multinorm certification, it works as genuine protective gear rather than just another high-visibility sweater.
The fabric is a blend of 60% modacrylic, 39% cotton and 1% antistatic fibre, knitted with a brushed terry finish on the inside. That construction keeps the garment soft and comfortable against the skin despite its protective role, while the 280 g/m² weight gives it enough substance to feel durable without being bulky. A round neck, ribbed hem and cuffed sleeves keep the fit secure, so it stays in place during physical work.
Certification covers EN 1149-5 for antistatic clothing that helps dissipate electrostatic charge, and EN ISO 11612 in classes A1, B1, C2 for protection against heat and flame. The EN ISO 20471 Class 3 rating delivers maximum visibility on roads and construction sites, reinforced by broken, flame-resistant transfer reflective stripes. It is also certified to IEC 61482-2 for protection against the thermal effects of an electric arc, with ELIM rated at 12 cal/cm² and EBT at 13 cal/cm². The Oeko-Tex Standard 100 label further confirms the fabric has been tested for harmful substances.
This makes the sweatshirt particularly suited to electricians and tradespeople working near arc flash risks, as well as road and construction workers who depend on strong visibility in all conditions.
