This sweatshirt is designed for people facing several hazards on the job at once: tradesmen, electricians and service staff who need to think about heat, arc flash and visibility all in one garment. The high-visibility design in yellow/navy with segmented transfer reflectors keeps the wearer clearly visible under changing light conditions, while dark colour panels in dirt-prone areas help the garment stay presentable throughout the working day.
The fabric is an inherently flame-retardant blend of modacrylic, cotton and an antistatic fibre, brushed on the inside. That translates into a noticeably soft, comfortable feel more typical of pure cotton garments, without compromising on protection - the protective properties are built into the fibre itself rather than added as a coating, so they don't wash out over time. The ribbed cuffs and hem keep the fit secure during movement, and the round neck with ribbed collar adds a snug, comfortable finish.
