The Ingmer multinorm polo shirt is designed for anyone who needs protective workwear but still wants the look and feel of a proper polo shirt rather than bulky technical gear. It is built for environments where workers face several hazards at once, such as flames, heat or electrical charge, while still expecting comfortable, everyday-wearable clothing. The modern, ergonomic fit together with the three-button placket keeps it looking like a genuine work polo rather than obvious PPE.
The outer fabric is a blend of modacrylic, cotton and a small proportion of carbon fibre, at a weight of around 210 g/m². This combination makes the material inherently flame-resistant while still feeling soft against the skin thanks to the cotton content. Elasticated cuffs improve fit and freedom of movement without making the shirt feel restrictive, and the carbon fibre woven into the fabric supports its antistatic properties.
On the protection side, the polo shirt covers several standards at once. It is flame-resistant to EN ISO 11612 A1+A2 B1 C1 F1, guarding against convective and radiant heat. Certification to EN 1149-5 confirms its antistatic finish, important in any environment where electrostatic discharge could pose an ignition risk. EN 61482-2 (APC 1) adds protection against the thermal hazards of an electric arc, while EN 13758-2 certifies a UV protection factor of UPF 40+, shielding the skin from strong sun exposure during summer months. EN ISO 13688, the general standard for protective clothing, completes the safety profile.
