The Modaflame Work Hi-Vis Multinorm Contrast FR Jacket is designed for people working in high-risk environments such as electrical work, energy production, or explosive atmospheres. Its two-tone yellow/navy design combined with reflective tape keeps the wearer visible even in poor light conditions.
The modacrylic fabric is inherently flame-resistant, meaning the protection is built into the fibre itself and won't wash out over time, even with industrial laundering. In practice, that means a jacket that holds onto its protective performance for its entire working life. It's also built for daily use, with four pockets, a concealed phone pocket, a radio loop, and a solid brass zip that stands up to rough handling. Velcro cuffs keep the sleeves secure, while the concealed button and zip placket keeps out draughts and sparks.
The jacket protects against radiant, convective, and contact heat, and meets arc flash protection requirements along with CE Cat III certification. Bound seams help protect the body from biological hazards, and the non-magnetic, nickel- and iron-free fabric makes it suitable for use in ATEX environments. The UPF 40+ rated fabric also blocks 98% of UV rays, a useful extra for outdoor work.
That combination makes it a strong fit for professionals in energy supply, plant construction, petrochemical work, and anyone regularly exposed to arc flash or explosion risks.
