The Modaflame Work HVO Multi-Norm Contrast FR Jacket MV35 is built for anyone who cannot rely on protection against just one type of hazard. Designed to be worn with the matching MV36 trousers, it covers several risk areas at once, guarding against chemical splash, welding hazards and arc flash, making it suited to workplaces where different dangers can arise over the course of a shift.
The fabric is inherently flame resistant, meaning the protection is built into the fibre itself and is not washed out through industrial laundering. A Texpel finish adds soil and stain resistance, keeping the jacket easier to maintain even in demanding working conditions. The antistatic, non-magnetic construction, free from nickel and iron, also makes it a fitting choice for environments with specific handling requirements.
On the protection side, the jacket shields against radiant, convective and contact heat and carries CE Cat III certification, the category reserved for equipment designed to protect against serious, irreversible harm. Its suitability for ATEX environments extends its use to workplaces with explosive atmospheres, while the 40+ UPF rated fabric blocks 98% of UV rays, adding a further layer of protection for outdoor work.
Practical details include four pockets, a concealed phone pocket and radio loops, keeping communication devices and personal items secure and within easy reach. A sturdy brass zip and hook-and-loop cuff fastenings keep the jacket fitting securely even under heavy industrial use.
