The Modaflame Rain + Hi-Vis Multinorm Contrast FR Jacket is built for environments where hazards rarely come one at a time: it combines weather protection with flame-resistant, antistatic and arc-rated properties in a single garment. It suits professionals who move between outdoor sites and hazardous areas and need protection from rain as well as thermal and electrical risks.
The outer fabric is waterproof and breathable, with sealed seams that keep water out even in sustained rain. A flame-resistant cotton lining adds warmth and comfort against the skin, while pre-shaped elbows and a modern, ergonomic cut preserve freedom of movement on the job. Velcro cuff fastenings, a front weather-protection flap and an interactive, flame-resistant zip keep the jacket secure in rough conditions. Nine pockets, an internal storage pocket, a radio loop and a detachable hood round out the practical side, making it easy to carry gear through a full shift.
On protection, the jacket covers a wide range: it guards against radiant, convective and contact heat, carries an antistatic finish and is suitable for use in ATEX environments. A sewn-on flame-resistant reflective band adds visibility where hi-vis is required. The fabric is rated UPF 40+, blocking 98% of UV rays, which makes a real difference for outdoor work. The jacket is CE-CAT III certified and UKCA marked.
That combination makes it a strong fit for workers in oil and gas, utilities, power generation or road construction, where rain, heat exposure, static build-up and explosion risk can all be present on the same site.
