The Modaflame Knit FR Leggings are a flame-resistant base layer designed for anyone who needs extra warmth and protection underneath their workwear in cold conditions. The elasticated waistband allows full freedom of movement, while the knitted cuff at the hem keeps cold air from creeping in from below, making these leggings well suited to outdoor work or unheated environments.
The high cotton content fabric feels comfortable against the skin, which matters for a garment worn as a base layer all day. The inherent flame resistance is not affected by washing, so the protective performance stays consistent throughout the garment's working life. Reported results for colour fastness and shrinkage are strong too, meaning the fit and appearance should hold up well over repeated washes. The flame-resistant rib cuff at the leg openings adds an extra layer of security at a particularly exposed point.
