The MaxiDex® Elite™ AD-APT® from ATG® is a hybrid glove that combines the strengths of a classic mechanic's glove with those of a disposable glove. It suits anyone who needs precise dexterity for detailed tasks without giving up protection, and who wants a glove that bridges both worlds in one product.
The nylon liner gives the glove a close, flexible fit that feels almost like a second skin. The nitrile micro-foam coating provides a secure, non-slip grip, even when handling oily or slightly damp parts and tools. Together, these elements create a glove that is quick to put on and take off, while still offering the stability and grip control expected from a proper work glove.
On the protection side, the MaxiDex® Elite™ AD-APT® is tested to EN 388:2016+A1:2018, covering mechanical risks such as abrasion, cut, tear and puncture. EN ISO 374-1:2016+A1:2018 and EN ISO 374-5:2016 further confirm protection against microorganisms and certain chemicals. As Category III PPE, the glove is certified for use against risks that can cause irreversible harm or death, meeting correspondingly strict testing requirements.
The glove is used in settings such as workshops, airports for baggage handling and passenger screening, and by police and customs teams - anywhere gloves need to be changed quickly without compromising on grip or protection.
