The 881198 APC 1 jacket from Rofa is a multi-norm work jacket from the EUROTEST 10 kA APC 1 - APC 2 collection with PROBAN® finishing. It is designed for anyone working in environments with a risk of flash fire or electric arc exposure who also wants a classic, functional cut featuring a lay-down collar and a full button placket. Two chest pockets with flap and button, two side pockets with plastic buttons and two inner chest pockets provide plenty of storage for everyday work.
The jacket is made from Material 88, a twill fabric of 78% cotton, 20% polyester and 2% other fibres, weighing around 330 g/sqm, used for both the outer and inner layers. The front panels and upper sleeves are double-layered, adding extra durability in high-wear areas. The flame-retardant finish is built into the fabric permanently, keeping the jacket reliable even after extended use, while back pleats allow freedom of movement during work.
As multi-norm workwear, the jacket is built for tasks involving elevated hazard levels, as reflected in the collection name EUROTEST 10 kA APC 1 - APC 2. The 25 mm reflective stripe on the back and the reflective piping on the front panels and sleeves further improve visibility in low-light conditions. This combination of flame protection and enhanced visibility makes the jacket well suited to sectors such as energy supply, industrial environments, and maintenance or servicing work. The jacket is available in cornflower blue-light grey and in 19 sizes ranging from 98 to 102.
