The DA7525KA hood from the Mauser product line is designed to complete multi-norm workwear wherever extra protection for the head and neck is needed. It fastens with buttons and adjusts precisely via the drawcord, so it stays in place securely even during movement or in windy conditions.
The fabric is a blend of 74% cotton, 25% polyester and 1% antistatic specialty fibres, finished with the DALETEC antiflame treatment and an FC finish, at a weight of around 350 g/m². This results in a fabric that is robust yet comfortable to wear, suited to demanding working conditions without feeling stiff or bulky.
The hood is certified to EN 17353 and classified as PPE Category III, meaning it is protective equipment intended to guard against serious risks. This standard applies to high-visibility clothing with additional protective properties, including protection against thermal hazards, and is aimed at professional settings where both visibility and protection are required.
