This flame-retardant shirt from Blaklader is designed for tradespeople, electricians and construction and road workers who face heightened flame or arc-flash risks on the job. Its smart design features concealed, quick-release buttons down the front, so no exposed metal compromises the protective function, while the roomier fit gives plenty of freedom of movement throughout the working day.
The shirt is made from a blend of 99% cotton and 1% antistatic fibre at 240 g/m², creating a fabric that feels comfortable against the skin while standing up to the demands of daily wear on site or in electrical work. Two chest pockets with flaps and concealed press studs, one of them fitted with a pen slot, provide handy storage without disrupting the smooth surface that the flame protection relies on. A longer back hem and an adjustable cuff closure with concealed metal buttons complete the functional details.
