The CoverChem®200 overshoe CC2SH-AR is disposable foot protection designed for work environments where contact with biological or chemical hazards is possible. Worn over existing footwear, it offers a fast and practical way to add protection without needing dedicated safety shoes. The elasticated top keeps the overshoe securely in place, while the slip-resistant sole provides extra grip on smooth or wet surfaces.
The overshoe is made from PP spunbond fabric with a polymer coating, a material that combines light weight with genuine durability. Taped seams stop liquids from penetrating at the seams, keeping the overshoe reliably sealed even during extended wear. The antistatic finish reduces static build-up, a detail that matters in environments sensitive to electrical discharge.
Tested to EN 14325, the CC2SH-AR protects against infectious agents, biological hazards, blood and viruses, as well as numerous inorganic chemicals. Falling under PSA Category III, Type PB 3B, it is classed as complex protective equipment against particulate and liquid hazards, delivering dependable all-round protection for the feet in demanding settings.
