The CoverChem® CC301 is a disposable protective coverall designed for work involving inorganic chemicals and biological hazards. Featuring an integrated hood, boot covers and boot gaiters, it delivers full-body protection and is built for industrial and laboratory professionals who regularly handle hazardous substances.
The fabric is a PP spunbond nonwoven with a polymer coating, combining light weight with the toughness needed to withstand contact with liquids and particulates. Its antistatic finish helps reduce static build-up during wear, which matters in sensitive work environments. Elasticated cuffs, ankles, hood and back panel keep the suit close to the body, while thumb loops hold the sleeves securely in place even during movement.
Taped seams and a double-layered, taped zip flap seal off the suit's most vulnerable points against penetration. The chin flap can also be taped down to close off the connection to respiratory protection completely. Tested to EN 14325 and classified as PPE Category III, Type 3B, 4B, 5B and 6B, the suit provides graduated protection against liquid jets, sprays, fine dust and light particulate contamination.
The CC301 is suited to any setting where staff come into contact with inorganic chemicals or biological hazards, including chemical processing, laboratories, pest control and the cleaning of contaminated equipment. Sold in bulk packs from 15 units upward, it is available in sizes M to 3XL to suit teams of varying sizes.
