The CoverChem® CC300 protective coverall from Asatex is a disposable chemical suit designed for anyone working with inorganic chemicals or biological hazards who needs dependable full-body protection. The hood, the taped chin cover and the thumb loops keep the suit securely closed even during active movement, so no gaps are left exposed. This makes it well suited to tasks where brief contact with hazardous substances cannot be ruled out.
The suit is made from PP nonwoven fabric with a polymer coating, a material that is lightweight yet robust. In practice, this means a suit that feels comfortable to wear over longer periods without compromising on barrier performance. Taped seams and a double-layer zipper flap with adhesive strip stop liquids or particles from penetrating at the seams, while elastication at the cuffs, ankles, hood and back ensures a secure fit that still allows freedom of movement. The antistatic finish also reduces the risk of static build-up during work.
Tested to EN 14325, the CC300 meets PPE Category III with protection types 3B, 4B, 5B and 6B. In practical terms, this means protection against liquid jets, sprays, fine particles and light liquid splashes, the kind of exposure typically encountered when handling chemicals and biological hazards.
Supplied as bulk pack goods from a minimum order of 20 units and available in sizes S to 5XL, the suit is a practical choice for organisations that regularly need to equip staff in laboratories, waste handling, cleaning services or industrial production with disposable protective coveralls.
