The Rofa TREND winter blouson made from Proban® fabric is designed for anyone working in cold conditions where hazards from heat, flame or electric arc flash are present, without having to compromise on comfort. As multi-norm workwear, it covers several risks at once, making it suitable for jobs where different hazard types overlap.
The fabric is a blend of 78% cotton, 20% polyester and 2% other fibres, woven in a twill construction weighing around 330 g/sqm. This sturdy build makes the blouson durable for daily wear, while the fleece lining adds warmth without restricting movement. The adjustable cuff width lets you fine-tune the fit to your preference or to accommodate gloves, and the various pocket options provide practical storage for everyday tools. A particular strength of the Proban® fabric is that its flame-resistant finish holds up even after repeated washing.
The blouson protects against thermal hazards from heat and flame, such as those encountered during welding work, as well as against the thermal effects of an electric arc flash. It also guards against small amounts of sprayed or splashed chemicals and features electrostatic dissipative properties that help reduce static buildup on the wearer. This combination makes it suitable for work environments where several of these hazards can occur together.
Typical applications include welding and electrical installation work, as well as any setting where employees face thermal and chemical risks and need reliable warmth during the colder months.
