The teXXor® CALGARY hi-vis parka is a multifunctional workwear jacket designed for anyone working outdoors who needs to stay visible whatever the weather brings. Its standout feature is the zip-out inner jacket combined with detachable sleeves, which turns the parka into a hi-vis vest when conditions call for it. This adaptability means one jacket covers a much wider range of weather and work situations without needing extra layers.
The outer shell is made from polyester with a polyurethane coating, paired with a polyamide contrast material, giving the parka a tough, weatherproof exterior built to handle demanding outdoor use. The sleeves feature quilted padding for added warmth, while the polyester lining keeps things comfortable against the skin. The removable inner jacket also carries its own reflective stripes, so visibility isn't lost even when the layers are worn separately.
Certification to EN ISO 13688:2013 + A1:2021 covers general requirements for protective clothing, EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016 confirms its high-visibility performance, and EN 343:2019 verifies protection against rain and wind. The reflective stripes running around the body, sleeves and shoulders make sure wearers are seen from every angle, which matters most in traffic, low light or after dark. As Category II PPE, the parka is rated for medium-level hazards.
