The DAVENPORT hi-vis jacket by teXXor® is built for anyone who needs to stay clearly visible on the job while having practical storage close at hand. The contrast-coloured hems and sleeve sections help disguise everyday soiling, while the chest pocket combination with pen and phone pockets plus the two large bellows pockets keep tools and personal items organised throughout the working day.
The outer fabric is a sturdy polyester-cotton twill weighing around 280 g/m², with the contrast panels made from a slightly lighter twill in the same fibre blend. This combination makes the jacket hard-wearing for daily use while still feeling comfortable to wear, since the fabric is breathable and has a soft handle rather than a stiff, restrictive feel.
Safety is central to this jacket: it meets EN ISO 13688, which sets out the general requirements for protective clothing, as well as EN ISO 20471 for high-visibility clothing. Reflective strips running around the body and sleeves, together with braces-style reflective strips over the shoulders, help ensure wearers are clearly seen in poor light or in traffic. As PSA category II equipment, it provides solid basic protection wherever increased visibility is required.
This makes the DAVENPORT jacket a strong fit for construction sites, road building, public authorities and organisations, waste management, vehicle and aircraft manufacturing, forestry, garden and agricultural work, as well as skilled trades, transport, logistics and warehousing – anywhere visibility and practicality both matter.
