The Blaklader Touch work glove is built for anyone working outdoors in cold conditions who still needs to use a smartphone or tablet without taking their gloves off. Lightly lined and flexible, it works as an all-round glove for tradespeople, gardeners, drivers, floor layers, warehouse staff and service technicians facing dirty, wet or cold environments. The short cuff makes putting the glove on and off quick and easy, useful when there is no time to spare.
The palm is made of synthetic leather and the back of the hand from polyester, while a fleece lining inside keeps hands warm without adding bulk. The PU material on the fingers, thumb and palm is touchscreen compatible, so screens can be operated without removing the gloves, a real advantage in cold weather when constantly taking gloves off is not practical. Reinforced fingertips and a reinforced index finger add durability exactly where daily wear takes its toll, and the materials used are chrome-free.
Tested to EN 388, the glove protects against mechanical risks such as abrasion, cuts, tearing and puncture, while EN 511 covers protection against cold. That makes it a solid choice for cold and damp working conditions without sacrificing grip or finger dexterity. Certification to EN ISO 21420 confirms it meets the general requirements for protective gloves, classified under PPE Category 2.
Designed with precision handling in mind and touchscreen capability built in, this glove suits assembly work and general all-round tasks through the winter months, where warmth, grip and device operation all matter at once. Available in sizes 7 to 12, supplied in convenient packs of 6 pairs.
