The NITRAS ARGON is a welding glove built for anyone who needs real finger sensitivity even when working around sparks and heat. The grey nappa leather combined with a split leather gauntlet makes it a versatile choice for welding tasks that also involve handling smaller parts with precision. At a total length of 35 cm, the gauntlet extends well past the wrist, shielding the forearm from sparks and splashes as well.
The nappa leather used here is notably supple without sacrificing sturdiness, which translates into a comfortable fit and good finger mobility even during fiddly, detailed work. The seams are sewn with Kevlar thread, built to withstand heavy strain and add significantly to the glove's working life. Overall, the ARGON is designed for durability and stays reliable even under sustained daily use.
The glove offers protection against contact heat up to 100°C for 15 seconds, making it well suited to brief contact with hot workpieces or sparks generated during welding. Classified as PPE risk category II, it is designed for tasks involving a medium level of risk, aimed at anyone in trade or industry who welds regularly or works with heat-exposed materials.
