Product information "Welder Glove VULCANUS 35 20035"
The NITRAS VULCANUS 35 is a welding glove built for anyone who works with heat and flying sparks on a regular basis. Made from a combination of full grain and split leather in grey, it's a sturdy companion for daily use at the workbench or on the job site. The long 35 cm split leather cuff adds extra protection for the wrist and forearm against sparks and splashes.
The blend of full grain and split leather keeps the glove supple despite its rugged build, allowing it to move naturally with the hand. That matters most during longer shifts, when flexibility and grip need to hold up alongside resistance to abrasion and general wear. Together, these materials are designed for durability, so the glove keeps performing even under demanding conditions.
For welding work, the contact heat protection is what counts: the VULCANUS 35 withstands brief contact with surfaces heated to 100 °C for 15 seconds, keeping hands safe when handling hot workpieces, tools and metal parts typical of welding tasks. As PPE in risk category II, the glove is intended for work involving a moderate level of hazard.
This makes the VULCANUS 35 a solid choice for welders in metalworking, workshops and industrial settings, as well as anyone regularly exposed to hot surfaces and sparks on the job. The extended cuff length is particularly useful for tasks where the forearm is more exposed, such as electric arc or gas welding.
