Product information "Welder Gauntlet Gloves"
The A500 welding gauntlet is built for anyone who needs dependable hand protection during welding and metalwork. Its long 35 cm cuff shields not just the hand but also a good part of the forearm from sparks and heat, while the one-piece construction and one-size fit make it a sturdy companion for daily use on the job.
The glove is made from split cowhide, a material known for its durability that holds up well under repeated strain. The full cotton lining keeps it comfortable to wear despite the tough leather, so it doesn't feel harsh against the skin even during longer shifts. Because the glove is cut from a single piece of leather, there are no extra seams in high-wear areas that could fail early.
On the protection side, the EN 12477 Type A certification is the key figure here, as it applies specifically to welding gloves and confirms a high level of protection against mechanical stress and heat exposure. The leather also meets maximum flame resistance under EN 470, matching the demands of welding work, while an ANSI abrasion resistance rating of level 3 shows it stands up well to mechanical wear. CE certification confirms it meets the requirements for personal protective equipment.
This makes the A500 a solid choice for welders and metalworkers who deal with sparks, heat, and sharp-edged materials on a daily basis and need a glove that combines real protection with comfortable wear.
