The Tector® Meister safety helmet from Feldtmann is a classic industrial hard hat designed for anyone who relies on dependable head protection on the job, from site supervisors to skilled tradespeople. Its short peak of around 3 cm and adjustable chin strap allow for a precise, individual fit that stays secure even during long shifts.
The shell is made from HDPE thermoplastic and rated for a temperature range of -10°C to +50°C, making it suitable for building sites in both winter and summer conditions. Inside, the textile shock-absorbing bands with a 6-point suspension and the fleece sweatband keep wear comfortable over extended periods, while the top ventilation openings help with airflow. The pinlock fastening on the neckband allows fine-tuning to the wearer's head shape, and the extended neck guard adds further coverage at the back.
The helmet meets EN 397, the standard for industrial safety helmets that covers protection against impact and penetration hazards to the head. In practical terms, this means the helmet noticeably reduces the force transmitted to the head from falling or flying objects on site. The side slots of about 30 mm also accept common accessories such as hearing protection or visors, turning the helmet into a flexible base for additional personal protective equipment.
With a service life of up to five years from the date of manufacture and a low weight of around 360 grams, the Tector® Meister is built for everyday use in construction, industry and skilled trades. Matching accessories such as replacement sweatbands, chin straps or a UV neck shade can be fitted whenever needed.
