The Tector® Industrie safety helmet is a classic industrial hard hat for any workplace where head protection is standard equipment, from construction sites to warehouse logistics. It covers head sizes from 52 to 64 cm and comes in seven colours, making it a practical choice for colour-coding trades or roles across a workforce.
The shell is made from HDPE and rated for temperatures from -10°C to +50°C, so the helmet holds up on site through winter cold and summer heat alike. Inside, textile shock-absorbing straps in a 6-point suspension paired with a padded, rotary-adjustable neckband give a secure fit that can be adjusted with one hand and no tools. A fitted fleece sweatband and a length-adjustable, detachable chin strap with 2-point suspension keep the helmet comfortable over long shifts. Vents at the top improve air circulation, while the extended neck guard and the roughly 3 cm peak add extra protection from sun and falling debris. Side slots let users attach accessories such as ear defenders or visors.
Protection is certified to EN 397, the standard for industrial safety helmets, covering shock absorption and penetration resistance against falling objects and serving as the go-to certification for head protection on construction sites, in industry and in skilled trades. With a service life of up to 5 years from the date of manufacture and a weight of around 360 g, this helmet is built for sustained, heavy-duty use. Matching accessories such as replacement sweatbands, chin straps or a UV neck shield can be added as needed. The helmet ships in packs of 30, making it a practical choice for equipping larger teams.
