Product information "Protective coat Vahr"
The Vahr protective coat is a disposable garment designed for situations where clothing needs protection from dirt, or where products need protection from contamination carried in on clothing. It suits both regular workwear use and short visits by guests entering sensitive areas, and comes packed in units of 25, making it a practical choice for businesses with regular consumption.
The outer material is polypropylene with a microporous PE lamination. This combination keeps the coat lightweight and comfortable to wear while still forming a closed barrier against dust, splashes and light soiling. The shirt collar and five press studs allow quick putting on and taking off, while the elasticated cuffs keep sleeves in place during movement and fit snugly around the wrists.
As PSA category 1 (basic personal protective equipment), the coat is intended for tasks involving only minor risks. In practice, this means it is suited to work without significant chemical or biological hazards, where the main concern is cleanliness and hygiene.
Typical applications include product protection in manufacturing, precautionary protection for site visitors, and work in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, laboratories, health authorities and research settings. The Vahr coat is also used for cleaning and disposal work as well as painting and decorating tasks, wherever clothing and surroundings need to be kept free from contamination.
