The Hastedt overshoe is a disposable protective shoe cover designed for any setting where footwear needs shielding from moisture, oils and dirt without having to change out of regular shoes. It simply slips on over existing footwear, making it just as suitable for staff as for visitors who need quick, temporary protection when entering areas with strict hygiene or safety requirements.
The polypropylene outer material with its microporous PE lamination creates a barrier that resists oils while staying light and flexible to wear. The long leg design extends well above the ankle, and the elastic at the calf combined with the fastening strap at the ankle keeps the overshoe securely in place even during movement. Being a disposable item, it requires no maintenance at all – once used, it is simply discarded.
This makes the Hastedt a practical choice wherever product protection and preventive hygiene matter most: in the chemical and pharmaceutical industry, in laboratories, at health authorities and in research settings, as well as for cleaning and waste disposal work or painting and decorating jobs.
