The Schutz-Anzug Orange is a one-piece coverall with permanently welded boots, built for anyone working outdoors in wet, cold or heavily soiling conditions who needs head-to-toe protection in a single garment. The fluorescent orange colour keeps the wearer clearly visible even in poor light.
The suit is made from a medium-weight PVC quality on a polyester backing at 325 g/m², giving it a sturdy yet still workable base layer. The seams are double-stitched and high-frequency welded, which noticeably improves resistance to water and wind in everyday use. A wind flap with a hook-and-loop closure and close-fitting neoprene cuffs at the sleeves keep water out at the openings, while the hood can be adjusted to the head with a drawcord. The welded-on boots stay flexible even at low temperatures, making movement easier on the job.
The outer material of the suit is tested to EN 343 and ISO 13688 and resistant to oil, blood and animal fats, making it suitable for environments with heavy soiling. The boots meet EN ISO 20345 S5 SRC: this means protection from a steel toe cap against impact and compression, a corrosion-free steel midsole against penetration, and a slip-resistant outsole that is also antistatic and resistant to oil, acid, petrol and grease.
This makes the suit a fit for work in wastewater and waste management, agriculture, civil engineering, or any setting where cold, wet conditions and aggressive substances such as oil or chemicals are part of the job. The boots are available in sizes 40 to 47 and are supplied in a pack size of 6.
