The Portwest Compositelite Slip On is a laceless safety trainer built for workplaces where hygiene and quick on-off wear matter most. The slip-on design removes laces that could trap dirt or cause trips, while the wipe-clean upper keeps maintenance simple. That makes it a practical choice for food processing, pharmaceutical settings, catering and hospitality work.
The microfibre upper is water-resistant yet lightweight, and the padded collar adds comfort for long shifts on your feet. Inside, an antibacterially treated, perforated footbed helps keep feet fresh throughout the day, and as a fully vegan shoe it contains no animal-derived materials at all.
On the protection side, a composite toe cap replaces steel, making the shoe 100% metal-free and non-magnetic - a real benefit around metal detectors or sensitive equipment. The dual-density sole is antistatic, resistant to fuel and oil, and rated SRC for slip resistance on ceramic and steel flooring, backed by an energy-absorbing heel area.
